Count the Hypervibe G17 PRO Gravity Resistance Training machine (MSRP $3,495) among the many pivotal type vibration machine that are widely marketed online and through independent distributors.
The 170-pound weight of the machine is solid and it’s rated for users up to 440 pounds. We like the functional, “swan neck” design of the upright column, which provides a lot more room for exercising than some machines with straight uprights that lead to bumping into the support. A new color LCD with 100 workouts provides a big bright readout.
Despite the solid weight, the Hypervibe G17 PRO does not possess the power of some of the lightweight machines near this price point. While we like the bend in the upright column, it drastically increases the depth footprint of the machine. The overall depth of the machine is 32 inches, the workout platform is just 13 inches deep, and the support post is 19 inches deep – 6 inches deeper than the entire workout platform.
Although we tried to bend toward liking the Hypervibe G17 PRO, it scores only a 64 out of 100 from vibration-machine-reviews.com. At this price point, one would be much better off purchasing a quality vertical vibration machine, which is the preferred style of vibration machines in research studies and with professional sports teams.
